My Family Histories

This site is concerned solely with my ancestral lines. A link to my Vandiver family site is provided below. Another site concerned with families I have worked on that are not related to myself or the Vandiver's is also in preparation.

To be quite honest, the split on this site is about 50/50 - my own original research and the research of others. I will do all I can to ensure that proper credit is given and links provided. If you have anything you can add to what I have, please let me know. Contributions of any kind will be appreciated and added to the site with full credit given. I will not take credit for anyone elses work, but I also will not add anything that is not documented with reasonable sources or theories. These are modified generation reports for all ancestral lines to the point that I have confirm-able information. To protect the privacy of living relatives, the lineage's given only come to my grandparents as they appear as children in their parent's families. The primary families are as follows:

The Roberts Family - Kieth M. Wentz - paternal grandfather (living).

The Weber Family - Mary Marjorie Weber - paternal grandmother (living).

The Smith Family - Earl Smith - maternal grandfather (deceased).

The Weyer Family - Joy Weyer - maternal grandmother (deceased).

Families that join I refer to as secondary families. These will link from the individual that marries in and from the Families Index. Continuing with this arrangement, the secondary families become primary families to families that join them. Example: the Dunlap's are secondary to the Roberts' and the Blackburn's are secondary to the Dunlap's.

General Information/Comments

Unlike my site "The Vandivere Family" I have not opted to compose full length individual biographies. No other family that I have researched is as full of contraversy and debate as the Vandiver's, so I have not felt a need to defend the information presented.

At this time, what I have is predominantly on the direct lines of each family. Where I have knowledge of another descending branch, I will present that information via a link from that person.

There is not much that I know which isn't given here, so queries, though welcome, are unlikely to result in any information not already presented (though I will always respond). Some details will be provided at a later date so that I can get the mass of information on the site. Please be patient.
